Songs to hear during pregnancy






Nausea:
·         Chew cardamom
·         Anar juice / Madulai manapagu + lemon juice
·         Consume Al pakoda fruit
·         Ginger, tulsi tea
·         Roasted jeera + jaggery
·         Boiled rice water (kanji) + jeera powder


Back ache, leg ache:
Dry ginger

False labour pain:
Boil lavanga pattai in water and drink

Labour pain:
·         Immediately after getting labour pain, drink tulsi juice+ honey. This reduces the pain.
·         When u get pain, drink jeera powder and honey

Boil jeera and panamkalkandu in water and drink daily
Eat tulsi daily for painless delivery
